Bottom Fishing
This is a 5-6 hour trip on the Oregon coast out of the Port of Brookings-Harbor for Rockfish and Lingcod. Perfect for those who want to take a trip that we have been rocking since the 1970s when Tidewinds first started.
Salmon Fishing
This is a 5-6 hour trip for coho and chinook salmon off the coast of Brookings, Oregon. We have the Tidewinds, our 36’ modutech taking you out to target this fishery. We have 6 spots available per trip to go out during our midweek trips, Monday through Thursday.
Albacore Tuna
Our albacore tuna trip is 12-16 hours of pure adrenaline. We wait till the fishery is under 60 miles out for us to adventure out to their location and reel in as many as we can. Because of the irregular movements of albacore tuna we cannot prep lab trips and have a waitlist you can be added to.

Best rock fishing trip we’ve been on. The crew was EXCELLENT! They were always on hand to assist if needed. Everyone was very laid back and very fun to spend the day with. They were always changing spots so we could locate as many fish as possible. We all caught our limits even though we had to throw back the ones we couldn’t keep (like the one in the picture). We can’t wait to go back. If you’re thinking about which charter to spend your money on, look no further. You will be happy you chose Tidewind. Tidewind sport fishing exceeded our expectations for a deep sea fishing experience. The front desk lady and the boat crew were all wonderful and fun to be around. The boat crew knew what they were doing and made sure everyone on the boat were able to get their catch limit for the day. They filet all of the fish for you and provide all of the fishing gear. It was a great opportunity and we are 100% sure we will be going back for another round of fishing with this fishing charter. The price is also very reasonable for what they provide and offer.

Best charter I’ve been on, we had a group of 7 and we all caught our limit. We ended up with 55 lbs of filets! Fantastic customer service from the lady at the front desk, and Jimbo and Dylan? were amazing as well. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had 4 people fishing and we all limited out easily. Then we fished for lingcod and had a great day! Both captain Justice and deckhand Matt were great. They helped keeping us fishing and offered tips on catching fish. I would definitely recommend them for a return trip. We will be back!

This company is Awesome Friendly, funny efficient check-in at 5 am for our large group. The boat was clean and crew was informative and professional and above all, ENTERTAINING and fun! The 2 guys, Dylan and Jimbo, worked their buns off helping and bring in the fish from the 13 guests on their boat. Then they cleaned and filet all the fish caught and wrap it all up in a tidy plastic bag. Jimbo even gave us recipes on how to cook it! Best trip ever!
